Items Available for UK Delivery Only. All items on our website can only be delivered to UK addresses.
If your default delivery address is outside of the UK, you will need to change it to a UK address before you can proceed to the checkout and purchase your items.

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage.
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your item within 3 working days.
Items will be dispatched the next working day following receipt of your order.
Orders received on weekend days, will be posted on Mondays [except Bank Holidays]

The prices payable for goods are as set out in the website, inclusive of VAT where applicable (books are currently zero rated). Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Captain Satsuma Limited has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Captain Satsuma Limited recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.

Prices displayed in your shopping basket are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order.

What if there is a problem with my payment.
If your bank doesn’t authorise your payment, a message will appear on the order placement page in checkout telling you what to do next. Please note only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
Items that are subject to VAT have the 20% rate reflected in their RRP Books are not subject to VAT, however for items where partial or full 20% needs to be applied the VAT is included in the selling prices. Full VAT items include games and other non-book products.

Exchange/Refund Policy Terms & Conditions
Captain Satsuma Limited is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.
Return, Exchange and Refunds Policy.
UK consumers have the right to cancel contracts for the purchase of items within fourteen  calendar days of the day after receipt of the ordered goods.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt [whichever is the later] and be in perfect condition in their original packaging. The return is at your own risk and your own cost and we will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided by you in connection with the purchase such as recorded or courier delivery. Please include the reason for return, your order number and your email or telephone number.
You should inspect any product[s] you purchase from the website as soon as you can after delivery and notify us if you consider they are defective as soon as possible. If the product is incorrect, faulty or defective you are entitled to request:
During the first 30 days after the delivery date, you can ask us to reimburse the price paid for the relevant product[s] to the credit, or debit card used to purchase the goods.
To return an item:
1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Repackage the item securely and return to the address on the delivery note.
3. Include the reason for return, the invoice number your email address or telephone number
Should you wish to exchange rather than a refund we will:
Ask you to place a new order for the item. We’ll refund you for the original item and then charge you for the replacement when we’re ready to send it out.
